🧠Join me for the first in a series of Emotional Anatomy Workshops, where we’ll explore the skeletal and muscular systems through both a physical and emotional lens.
Together, we’ll enquire into:
-What do the bones and muscles represent energetically and emotionally?
-What core beliefs might be held deep within them?
-How can awareness and compassion help release old patterns held in the body?
👂Through guided embodiment practices, group enquiry, and intuitive exploration, you’ll be supported to tune into your own body’s intelligence and uncover what it has to share.
👀This is an invitation to reconnect with your foundation, your structure, your strength, your base and to begin a journey of bringing your body, mind, and energy back into alignment.
