• Recognizing Triggers – Identifying personal patterns & stress responses. Learn how to identify emotional triggers and stress signals. Practice awareness techniques to recognize reactions early and prevent escalation.
• From Reactivity to Response – Pausing, reframing, and choosing better actions. Practice reframing stressful situations, using mindfulness to pause, and choosing intentional responses that align with values and goals.
• Mindfulness & Resilience – Building emotional balance under pressure. Apply mindfulness strategies to stay centered and resilient. Explore breathing techniques, grounding practices, and self-regulation tools to maintain clarity under stress.
• Empathy in Leadership – Listening, perspective-taking, and trust-building. Discover how empathy strengthens trust and collaboration. Practice perspective-taking and active listening to connect with teams authentically.
