Emotion Focused Skills Training for Parents January Refresher Session

Come join us for a refresher session! We will recap on some of the core skills, make time to troubleshoot any challenges implementing these, and offer opportunity for deaper reflective work. This in-person event will be held at the Avila Carmelite Centre (Discalced Carmelites). Please note this is only available to parents who have previously attended a full parents workshop. Teas, coffees and treats are provided.
