Poets Lindsay Turner and Emma Winsor Wood will read to Mac's on Saturday, October 25th at 7 pmLindsay Turner is the author of The Upstate (University of Chicago Press, 2023) and Songs & Ballads (Prelude Books, 2018). She's also a French-to-English translator of poetry and philosophy. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where she is Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing and directs the graduate program at Case Western Reserve University
Emma Winsor Wood (pictured) is the author of Preferred Internal Landscape (Ornithopter, 2025) and The Real World (BlazeVOX, 2022). Her writing has appeared in The Drift, The American Poetry Review, ZYZZYVA, Fence, Colorado Review, and elsewhere. Originally from New York City, but most at home in California, she is currently a Teaching Professor of English at Xavier University in Cincinnati.
