As winter slowly begins to loosen its grip, the light returns, subtly at first, almost imperceptibly, yet undeniably present. The days stretch longer, the sun lingers a little more, and something within us begins to stir. This gathering is an invitation to feel into that returning light, not just in the sky, but within your own heart.
What to Expect:
🍫Cacao Ceremony with Christina
We begin by opening sacred space and sharing ceremonial-grade cacao together. Guided gently inward, you’ll be invited to connect with your heart space, noticing what feels ready to open, soften, or awaken as the light returns. Cacao is a gentle and ancient heart-opening plant medicine, supporting us in softening out of the busyness of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart. She helps us listen differently, with presence, compassion, and embodied awareness, allowing what is ready to emerge to do so naturally, without force.
This is not about intention-setting from the mind, but about feeling, listening to the subtle whispers within and allowing your inner light to emerge organically.
Cacao supports emotional clarity, heart coherence, and a deep sense of connection, to yourself, to the community, and to the rhythm of the season.
🌀Embodiment Activation with Zig
From stillness, we move into the body. Zig will guide a grounding somatic practice to help you integrate the heart-opening effects of cacao and anchor your awareness into sensation, breath, and movement.
This creates a bridge between inner awareness and physical expression, allowing what you feel to be safely embodied.
🎵Ecstatic Dance Journey
The embodiment practice naturally flows into an ecstatic dance journey curated by Zig. This is a space of freedom, to move as the emerging light moves within you. There is no choreography, no expectation, only authentic expression. Movement becomes a prayer, a release, a celebration of returning warmth, clarity, and vitality.

We close with gentle integration and optional sharing. In community, we honor what has opened, what has softened, and what is beginning to glow from within as the light continues its return.

Energy Exchange: $40 (18+ event & no one will be turned away for inability to pay)

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONSUME CACAO IN ORDER TO PARTAKE IN THIS EVENT
Please note the following tips for a more comfortable experience:
🌟We will be sitting on the floor for portion of our activity, and you want to bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket or anything else you feel you will need for comfort.
🌟Please make sure to bring water for yourself to consume throughout the evening
🌟Please dress comfortably; we suggest layers
Doors Open at 5:30pm for our event and will be locked at 6:10pm.
