Join Loves Park Police Department and Loves Park Fire for a free Emergency Preparedness Presentation designed to help you and your family stay safe before, during, and after an emergency. This community-focused event will provide practical tips and information you can use in everyday life.Topics will include emergency planning, emergency kits and supplies, home and personal safety, common emergency scenarios, response and recovery, and available community resources. Attendees will learn directly from local first responders and have the opportunity to ask questions.
The presentation will take place on February 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM at 100 Heart Blvd, Loves Park, IL 61111. This event is open to all community members but we ask that you RSVP so we can make sure there is enough seating and hand outs.
