The SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council, along with Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management & City of Houston Office of Emergency Management and local partners, invites you to attend this one-day workshop. The Emergency Preparedness Boot Camp Workshop will review the Senate Bill rules, strategies to meet them and adapt to future changes, define role of the local Emergency Partners, regional and state government & Coalition involvement. Hands-on workshops for emergency notifications & bed reporting, how to develop and conduct an exercise, and one on one session with your local emergency management and response overview.
Who Should Attend
Long Term Care facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Centers, Home Health Agencies, Dialysis Centers, Inpatient Mental Health, Home Health, Hospice, facilities with the need for increased Emergency Preparedness and those that fall under the CMS rules.

***NAB ADMINISTRATOR CEUs***
This bootcamp will provide the opportunity for administrators licensed through NAB to acquire 6 hours of Emergency Preparedness CEUs for an additional 45$ fee on top of the regular ticket pricing of 25$. If in need of CEUs, please make the appropriate ticket selection when reserving your seat. If you are an administrator and are not in need for CEUs, you may still attend the event through the regular registration ticket. There will be NO REFUNDS upon registering for the Bootcamp. Substitution will be allowed.
