Join us for a full-day, in-depth review of Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS), designed to provide healthcare professionals with a structured, evidence-based approach to managing neurological emergencies. Led by subject matter experts, the course includes 14 core modules to strengthen clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Skills Lab Session (Immediately Following Didactics)
📍 IFMC – ICAMS Skills Lab
3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042
🕟 Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
⚠️ Note: Skills Lab registration is limited to 30 participants.
Due to space constraints at the IFMC Skills Lab, the session can only accommodate a maximum of 32 individuals. However, registration will close once 30 participants have signed up to ensure comfort and instructional quality.


Shuttle Service

Round-trip transportation will be provided from the ICPH Conference Center to the ICAMS Skills Lab and back.

The ENLS course includes 14 critical modules, each focusing on the urgent management of neurological conditions:

  • Acute Ischemic Stroke
  • Acute Non-Traumatic Weakness
  • Airway, Ventilation, and Sedation
  • Approach to the Comatose Patient
  • Intracerebral Hemorrhage
  • Intracranial Hypertension & Herniation
  • Meningitis and Encephalitis
  • Pharmacotherapy
  • Resuscitation Following Cardiac Arrest
  • Spinal Cord Compression
  • Status Epilepticus
  • Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Traumatic Spine Injury

Course Structure

Each module is designed with a variety of instructional materials to support different learning styles:
✔ Algorithm – Practical, step-by-step decision-making guides
✔ Checklists – Communication and procedural checklists
✔ Manuscripts – Evidence-based reference materials
✔ Lecture Slides – With and without audio narration
✔ Exam – Multiple-choice format (Certification requires a passing score of 70% or higher; retakes allowed)
