Optimal First Aid is not the usual first aid training company, our first aid courses are different, realistic to your industry. We have been there and seen disengaged employees on courses who fail to retain information by “boring” first aid courses. We believe that courses should be more than a ‘tick in the box’ and that students should be built up through quality training programs that take a pragmatic approach, focusing on the practical aspects of training.
