Tactical Trauma Response: Essential Life-Saving Skills for Shooters
In high-stress situations, knowing how to treat traumatic injuries can mean the difference between life and death. This course is designed for shooters, instructors, and responsible citizens who want to be prepared for medical emergencies in the field.
Participants will learn:
Stages & Priorities of Care – Understanding how to assess and treat injuries under stress.
Tourniquet Application – Proper use and placement for stopping life-threatening bleeding.
Occlusive Dressings & Wound Packing – Managing penetrating injuries, including gunshot wounds.
Wound Triage & Patient Assessment– Prioritizing care in dynamic environments.
Wound Dressing & Everyday Carry Medical Adjuncts – Essential gear and how to use it effectively.
Patient Transport Options – Moving an injured person safely and efficiently.
This hands-on course will provide practical, real-world skills that can be applied on and off the range. Whether you're a concealed carrier, first responder, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this training will give you the confidence to act when it matters most.
