Emergence | A Becoming

With much anticipation, I welcome you to Emergence | A Becoming.

It has been nearly a full year since I last hosted a breathwork event. After many workshops, events, and retreats dedicated to Women’s work, I am deeply excited to once again open space for the men to join us. Together, we will gather to initiate the body and psyche into more light, more creativity, more expression, and more expansion.

Spring offers a sacred pause before the fullness of summer — a moment to sit with the void of the darker months, with their deep recalibrations and emptying out. From here, we are invited to choose the seeds we wish to plant, the intentions we want to carry forward into the bright season ahead. Each cycle of winter descent and rising back into light grants us an opportunity to reset our inner compass toward what is most authentically aligned with our deepest expression of self. I believe there is no greater purpose than to discover and embody this true expression, allowing it to guide us along the path we are meant to walk.

Join us on October 18th for a 3.5-hour traume-informed breathwork immersion weaving together Connected Breathwork, Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, embodied practice, and self-inquiry. Together we will clear blockages in the body-mind system, reconnect with the wisdom of our inner knowing, and anchor into the most authentic expression of who we are.
