In February, we will start another round of Emerge, a 4-month, intimate, group program where you'll dive deep into the incredible gifts of your own voice and singing. Learn to sing, get to know your voice's vocal potential. and sing the songs you always dreamt of singing. Even if you never considered yourself a singer or even think you can't sing at all, no singing experience is needed, just the desire to explore your voice. Hi, my name is Lilo and I created this program from my deep love for voice, music, and authentic expression. I am a voice liberation coach, singer-songwriter and voice artist. I believe each voice has the capacity to sing and express itself fully. Even more so, it carries an ancient power to liberate our heart and soul from stress and inner limitations.

Over four soul-nourishing months, you will be invited into a space where your voice is met with a holistic, body-based, and intuitive approach to singing and releasing blocks around your voice. A space where singing isn’t about perfection — but about connection to your body, your inner music, your core, and the part of you that has always wanted to be expressed.
Through my method, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥™, and the nurturing energy of an in-person group, you’ll be guided into a deep relationship with your voice — not as something to control or hide, but as a path to courage, confidence, joy, and authenticity.

• You love to sing. You feel the beauty and presence it brings, but a part of you still believes you “can’t” or shouldn’t be heard.
• You want to free your voice, and speak and sing from an embodied, authentic place — with real presence and self-trust.
• You’re curious about your voice: how it works, how to sing in tune, feel rhythm, expand your range, and explore emotional colours in your sound.
• You want to overcome fear, self-consciousness, or stage fright, and express yourself more freely — both for yourself and others.
• You want to set your emotions free and explore how the voice can help you release inner blockages, stress, and even trauma, so you can connect more deeply with your truth, creativity, and essence.
You don’t have to be “born with the gift of singing.”
You don’t have to become anything.
You just have to find a safe space to begin.

Duration: 4 months
𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭:
- We’ll be joining bi-weekly for live in-person group sessions
- You’ll receive access to The Sound of Soul Online Course so you can keep your vocal journey going in between sessions (you’ll remain to have access after the program for as long as it exists)
- You’ll also receive access to the online community space where you can ask Lilo questions and stay connected with the group in between sessions if desired.
- Each participants is invited to bring a song or two, you like to work with. The program will be held in English, but you are welcome to work with a Danish song.

Hi, I’m Lilo — a voice liberation coach, spiritual mentor, and singer-songwriter.
I’ve loved singing for as long as I can remember, but for years I didn’t believe my voice was special enough to matter. At 19, while studying film directing, I felt a powerful inner pull — a clear now or never — that redirected my entire life toward musical theater. I went on to study voice, acting, and dance at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and later in New York City.
Along the way, a deeper journey unfolded. Through A Course in Miracles and two years immersed in a monastery-based community across the US, Mexico, and Mallorca, I discovered something profound:
my voice had been my path to authenticity and inner freedom all along.
The voice is a gateway — a way back to our truest self.
Today, I guide others to open their voices with honesty, courage, and joy. Not to sound perfect, but to express themselves freely and reconnect with the part of them that knows how to shine.
There is a spark in all of us.
And your voice is one of the most beautiful ways it comes alive.
