Emerald Rain Beach Volleyball coaches will hit the sand with you this summer, at Alki Beach in West Seattle for three-day beach volleyball skill camps. Our experienced coaching staff knows beach volleyball inside and out! They are well prepared to introduce beginners to the movements and skills of beach volleyball or teach more technical and strategic skills and game play to more experienced athletes- whatever level of play you’re at, we’re ready for you!For beginners we’ll use fun games and drills to teach the fundamentals of the beach volleyball game, while slowly laying in strategy, building athlete’s volleyball IQs. Regardless of your playing experience, Emerald Rain coaches will break down the skills required to excel at beach volleyball. Skills covered include a concentration on offense, defense, setting, hitting, serving and serve receive. Individual, partner and group drills will help athletes learn from one another and encourage making new friends. Each day will wrap up with scrimmaging, queen of the court style; more time will be dedicated to play as the athlete’s skills develop.
