This 60-minute workshop is designed to empower women entrepreneurs with the tools and strategies needed to create enterprise value, make informed decisions, and effectively manage their businesses.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a clear action plan for creating value, making strategic decisions, and managing their business operations effectively, empowering them to lead their companies with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll learn:

Understanding Value Creation: Participants will explore the concept of value creation, and the path to achieve long-term growth goals.

Informed Decision-Making: Pulling from the Second First toolbox, attendees will learn frameworks and tools for making strategic business decisions, ensuring that participants can confidently navigate challenges and opportunities.

Acting as Your Own Chief Operating Officer: Until the business grows to the point of needing a Second-In-Command, participants will learn practical tips and strategies to act as their own COO.

Finding the Right #2 Leader: The workshop will also touch on how to identify and select the right person to eventually take on the Second-In-Command role, and how to set them up for success in the business.
