We’re excited to announce our upcoming EMDRIA Approved EMDR Basic Training, led by Hannah Hamilton, MA, LMHC (Approved EMDR Trainer) and Arilda Surridge, MA, LMFT (Co-Facilitator & Host).
This 5-day intensive training (January 9–13, 2026) offers a deep dive into Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy — an evidence-based, phase-oriented approach for processing trauma and building resilience.

About the Trainers:
Hannah Hamilton, MA, LMHC is a Certified EMDR Therapist, Approved Consultant, and EMDRIA Approved Trainer with 13+ years in community mental health, specializing in complex trauma and marginalized populations.
Arilda Surridge, MA, LMFT Owner of Wellness Counseling Inc. is hosting this training and also co-facilitating. Arilda is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Advanced Trainer specialized in treating couples with EMDR.
