About this Event
Join us for an engaging Tatreez Workshop, where participants will explore the rich history and meaning behind traditional Palestinian embroidery. The session, led by instructor Wafa Ayyad begins with a captivating presentation highlighting the cultural significance of tatreez designs, customs, and stories.
Afterward, participants will receive a customized tatreez kit—including patterns, aida cloth, needle, and floss—to begin their own cross-stitching project. With individual guidance and hands-on practice, everyone will learn the foundational technique of tatreez embroidery.
No prior experience is needed. Registration closes April 4. Suitable for ages 15+.
