About the Course

These beginner-friendly classes will take you from the very basics of embroidery to creating your own finished artwork. You’ll learn:

- How to choose a subject and transfer it onto cloth

- Fixing thread, stretching fabric, and mastering essential stitches

- Exploring colour selection, mixing, and coverage techniques

- Guided embroidery practice to refine skills, correct mistakes, and build confidence

By the end, you’ll be ready to take on independent embroidery projects — from clothing and accessories to wall art and intricate designs.

About the Instructor

These embroidery classes will operate under the guidance of Mila Supinskaya — a Ukraine-born Delhi-based artist with over 15 years’ experience in photography, design, and art. A TEDx speaker whose work has featured with global brands like Lipton, AirAsia, and Qatar Airways, as well as on book covers and magazines, she brings a sharp eye for detail and purpose to every project of hers. Also known as the `Ukrainian in a Saree`, her creative journey at present is focused on the expressive possibilities of embroidery — where colour, texture, and design come together in striking new forms.

Note:

1. The classes are beginner friendly.

2. All materials for the classes will be provided by us.

3. If you choose to register for the classes, you will get access to 4 sessions (of 2 hours each on 6th Sep, 13th Sep, 20th Sep, 27th Sep, 2025) which will be divided and taught in a way that each session focuses on making a finished embroidered project.
