This class will introduce you to core skills necessary for adding embroidery to your knits. You will knit the cardigan ahead of class, using the Toadstools Cardigan pattern by Julie Taylor. This easy-to-follow pattern includes 7 sizes from newborn to 4 years, and is an easy knit for those who have previously made a top down cardigan. $40 plus a materials fee of $12. which includes 4 skeins of embroidery yarn, needle,and the Toadstools pattern pre-printed on embroidery stabilizer.Please purchase the pattern on Ravelry or through New England Yarn well ahead of time so that your cardigan will be completed before class. You will be using DK weight yarn plus US sz. 4 and 6 needles as indicated in pattern.
