About this Event
This second edition of our outreach, organized by OmoDaadaa Foundation and Arogi Trauma Care Foundation and other partner organizations (Yoruba Tennis Club, Aquafina, Revocube technologies, NASMI Lagos, Tooth for Thoughts Oral Solutions, Avail International Consult,HealthKraft et all) focusses on dismantling the stigma around men’s emotional well-being while promoting holistic health—mind, body, and spirit. The program will feature: Expert Panel Discussions with medical doctors, psychologists, and nutritionists. Free Health Services: vital checks, dental consultations, mental health counseling. Wellness Activities: light fitness routines, relaxation spaces, and mindfulness exercises. Practical Learning: conversations on nutrition, lifestyle, and workplace mental health. Our goal is to build safe, supportive spaces for men to express themselves, access resources, and develop healthier coping strategies for life’s challenges.
