Join me on a Kundalini Journey tuning into gratitude and reconnecting with the light within.We will gather on the 12th of December to celebrate Summer Solstice. The invitation here is to rise and shine your light within, by practicing with these ancient yoga teachings during the longest day light of the year.
The intention is to tune into Gratitude by integrating kundalini yoga practice with breath work, asanas and chanting meditation, The practice will bring awareness to your heart and activate your body to awaken your inner energy and your own truth.
As we dive deep into the practice, we will experience and elevate as we listen to the sounds and vibration of the sound healing bowl and the gong as they will infuse healing and subtle changes.
As a light worker facilitator, I believe these tools bring awareness and a deeper connection to your Mind, Body and Soul.
