Join Casey Lanoue, RMT, Intuitive Sound Healer, and owner of Reiki Soul Life for a relaxing Meditation and Reiki Workshop. Starting with a brief Meditation focusing on Self-Love, Casey will relax guests while they are immersed in the calming ambiance of the Himalayan Salt Cave. Reiki will then be provided for each guest - focusing on their Heart, Crown and Third Eye Chakras. Sound Instruments will be utilized during the healing as well.
At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to discuss and share if desired.
