Join Laura in this transformative workshop where you’ll craft a heartfelt love letter to yourself. Through nurturing movement, breathwork, and meditation, we will explore ways to cultivate compassion and kindness within.
All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring a journal for personal reflection.
