Everyone struggles. Some days are easier than others, but the reality is, we all have those spots on our bodies that our eyes are drawn to when we are naked in front of the mirror. Through this event, I strive to break down the walls of self-consciousness, and empower women into holding a more graceful view of themselvesThis event is to empower you, to a deeper place of love, for yourself.
We will gather, do some radical self compassion exercises, take group photos, individual photos, and grow in community with others.
