About this Event
"Embracing Longevity Leadership," is a half-day in-person event hosted by the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto, in collaboration with What’s neXT50.
As part of a select group of senior Human Resource leaders we will explore the transformative potential of longevity in the workplace.
As our lifespans increase, so too do the opportunities for harnessing a multigenerational workforce. Rather than focusing on the challenges presented by an aging population, this event will highlight the immense possibilities for organizations ready to adapt and thrive.
Guided by renowned journalist Alison Smith, you will engage in dynamic discussions with your peers and with industry leaders who are spearheading programs focused on longer working lives and multigenerational workforces.
Together, we’ll dive into critical topics such as:
- Evolving demographics and their implications for Canadian employers
- The compelling business case for retaining and reskilling older workers
- Insights from successful global initiatives leveraging longevity
- Practical steps to make your organization Longevity Ready
Are you prepared to lead your organization into this new era? What strategies are you implementing to benefit from the longevity trend? The time to act is now.
