A day to reflect and go inwards...Our life's journey holds so much wisdom in it. Embracing it in its whole and including the aspects of change, death is an important approach. They are interconnected and deeply woven into our human fabric.. life and death.
The day will be gentle but deep and with laughter as well. It's aim is for you to go inwards - to restore - to reflect and connect to our journey and its different aspects - and harvest our wisdom.
Where: Yoga studio in the Zero Waste Shop, Anglesea Street, Clonmel
What to expect:
Guided meditations, reflections on death, loss and life, gentle Yoga flow, soundbath... and much more

About: Stefanie is a holistic therapist (Sound- and Art Therapy), Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner and Death Doula. Creating safe spaces to come in circle together is very dear to her heart.
