About this Event
Trying to be perfect is exhausting and impossible. Come sink into an evening of being imperfect on purpose with collage, a medium that teaches us to embrace "mistakes" and invites self-acceptance. Author and collage artist Laura Delarato will lead the workshop with fiction writer Meg Tady, author of Bluebird Day. We'll laugh, chat, make art and new friends, and enjoy this judgment-free zone on a cozy January winter evening.
Megan Tady is the author of Bluebird Day, a Washington Post Noteworthy book, and Super Bloom. She runs the freelance writing and editing company Word-Lift. Her writing has appeared in Oprah Daily, Woman's Day, Writer's Digest, The Huffington Post and Ms. Magazine, among others. Megan lives in Western Massachusetts with her family.
Laura Delarato is a creative director, author, and artist. She specializes in branded content, social films, and reshaping conversations on body image and wellness.
