Embracing Change: Navigating the Journey Beyond 65 is an immersive journey that addresses the essential aspects of healthy aging, providing the tools and knowledge to build a well-prepared, fulfilling future.
This program is designed to provide proactive solutions and informed guidance, helping participants tackle complex subjects such as finances, healthcare, housing, legal matters, and end-of-life planning. By fostering open dialogue and equipping attendees with resources, we aim to empower older adults and their families to make thoughtful decisions about their future.
Embracing Change is offered in partnership with the Village of Park Forest Community Health Department . Together, we are committed to equipping our community with access to expert speakers, engaging workshops, and a supportive environment where learning, sharing, and planning thrive.
