Embracing Change - Lunch and Learn 2024

Change can be challenging for all. It brings uncertainty, discomfort and sometimes fear. On the flip side it can bring energy, opportunity and innovation. How will you see it? It’s not the change or the challenge but how we manage it.

This session will focus on how you can embrace change rather than fight it.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Identify their reactions to change
• Apply a GROWTH and can do mindset
• Create and implement a plan to develop new habits
• Logically approach change and embrace the benefits encouraging others along on the journey
• Set objectives and goals to implement strategies and tools covered during the session
