Join us for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you release what no longer serves and step into deeper renewal. You’ll move gently through yoga to open the body, then settle into Yoga Nidra where Reiki will be offered to support rest and healing. We’ll close with the restorative vibrations of a sound bath, followed by time for brief group reflection.This special gathering will be guided by Racheal Wegner, Reiki Master and Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, and Rachel Wacaster, Author, E-RYT 500, Master Trainer with YogaFit, and Certified Warrior Goddess Facilitator.
