Experience the physical, mental, and emotional life-giving benefits of a conscious connected Emergence Breath. Using the Emergence Breath, we will help and support you in harnessing your SuperPowers and the potential of your own breath. This weekend you will experience four fully facilitated Emergence Breathwork Sessions and two Express Breathwork Sessions. That’s a lot of wind under your cape.
