In this workshop:

Join Dr. Sara Poldmae, a seasoned expert in Chinese Medicine and women's health, for an enlightening workshop on managing peri/menopausal symptoms naturally. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Sara combines ancient wisdom from acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with modern, evidence-based practices to help women navigate this transformative stage of life. This workshop will cover holistic strategies for balancing hormones, alleviating common symptoms like hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, and fatigue, and restoring overall vitality. Dr. Sara will share tools such as acupuncture, herbal remedies, lifestyle adjustments, and mind-body techniques to support you through this phase with grace and ease. Learn how to address not only physical symptoms but also emotional and mental well-being, empowering you to embrace the changes and thrive during peri/menopause. This is a unique opportunity to gain personalized insights into how you can manage your health holistically, with Dr. Sara’s supportive guidance.

About the Presenter:

Dr. Sara Poldmae, L.Ac., DACM, CFMP, is Licensed Acupuncturist, and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Dr. Sara completed her Doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, Dr. Sara also is a Certified Functional Medicine practitioner. For over 20 years, Dr. Sara has provided a truly holistic approach, combining thousands of years of wisdom from Chinese Medicine, to cutting edge discoveries in modern medicine, lifestyle and mind body practices.

Dr. Sara has a strong focus on women’s healthcare, including fertility, PCOS, PMS and menopausal issues. Although her focus is primarily women’s health, she does enjoy working with a wide variety of complex health issues.

Through over 20 years of practice in holistic health, she has bridged the gap between Western and alternative medicines, working closely with her patients’ team of physicians and health care practitioners. Dr. Sara opened Meadow Hill Wellness in 2005, with the goal of integrating traditional and holistic care in order to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.
