Embrace Your Greatness
A Family Constellations Workshop hosted by Batikan Aslan
In order to fit ourselves inside any space, the room has to be slightly larger than us. We often find our psyche trying to live in the narrowest place, with the lightest weight possible. To be portable, moldable, safe. Not to cause trouble, not to be rejected, to belong. Once we realize our greatness, we understand that this greatness is not about height but about being wider, having more air for our arms to lift and take up more space!
Family Constellations allow us to take a look at the dynamics that play out in our relationship to our size in the world—how much of ourselves we choose to bring into a space or not. It provides us with a lens to remember who we are and sometimes discover a truth that we have always known.

Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a tool that allows us to see a moving image of what's in our minds. In this work, you will use your body in action, leading you to move more with your feelings and less with your thoughts.
Seeing the constellation you are born into will help you rewrite your life's story with a new perspective.
Having a somatic sense gives you an opportunity to relate to life slightly differently than you did before.
Please note:
This work is not a substitute for therapy. As this is a group workshop if you have a sense that you would be destabilized by yourself or others speaking about difficult events, then this workshop may not be for you. While we hope that the processes and information that we share can be of use in your journey, we do not have the resources to support extreme psychological difficulties.
About me
Born and raised in Istanbul, I moved to New York City 11 years ago to study my Master's in Branding. In Turkey i was a Ballet Dancer and I competed and taught Latin American Dances. My dance career was my initial transformation and my first serious steps into the concept of healing. I have been facilitating Family Constellations for more than years under the supervision of Suzi Tucker. Currently I am studying to become a Gestalt Therapist at Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy and Training.
