About this Event
Embrace Womanhood is a year-long women’s empowerment movement featuring monthly themed events designed to strengthen the mind, body, spirit, and everyday life of every woman. Each month highlights a unique aspect of womanhood—such as self-love, emotional well-being, physical vitality, relationships, intuition, confidence, and more. Every gathering includes a mini-summit with four expert presenters, interactive experiences, and meaningful community connection. Together, we learn, grow, heal, and celebrate the beauty of being a woman, culminating in a large social celebration in October for all who have shared the journey.
February’s theme is Heart Health & Love. This inspiring evening focuses on nurturing the heart in all its forms—physical, emotional, and energetic. Our presenters will explore women and heart disease, bringing awareness and empowerment through education. We’ll discuss building healthy communication in relationships, recognizing the powerful link between emotional expression and heart health. Attendees will experience touch and healing for stress relief, supporting the nervous system and cardiovascular well-being, and conclude with heart chakra alignment to restore balance, compassion, and connection.
Along with expert guidance, you’ll enjoy interactive activities designed to foster connection, healing, and self-love. Join us as we honor the heart and deepen our capacity to love—ourselves and others. 💗
