Why is balance important? Besides the obvious answer that it prevents falling, balance is the key to all aspects of life. Interestingly, practicing balance poses can improve other areas of our lives that require balance; the mind, body, relationships, and career, just to name a few. Doing balance poses helps to integrate all the pieces to create a solid foundation. Most importantly, balance poses help us gain clarity of mind and focus on the task at hand.
