Welcome to our annual Autumn Reset Yoga Retreat! Join us for a weekend filled with yoga sessions, meditation practices, and nature immersion. Embrace the seasonal shift and reset your mind, body, and soul. This retreat is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Come as you are and allow yourself to connect with like-minded individuals in a serene setting. Let's nurture ourselves as we transition into the new season together. Each Day Includes:

Retreat Format
This is a Day Retreat, perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their practice while returning home each evening.
For a more immersive experience, a limited number of overnight rooms are available at the lake house.
Overnight Room Options (Add-On)
Please note: Room costs are in addition to the retreat ticket. Be sure to purchase your retreat ticket separately to reserve your space. If youβre reserving a room with one bed and sharing it with someone, only one person needs to purchase the roomβthe full cost covers both occupants.
Overnight Guests Receive:
- Check-in: Friday, September 19, after 6:30 PM
- Dinners on Friday & Saturday
- Evening Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga (both nights)
- Pool access (evening or early morning swim)
- Silent breakfast on Saturday morning
- Community bonfire (weather permitting)
