If dementia is a part of your world, we think you deserve some relaxation. This excursion is for a person living with dementia and their care partner. Join fellow care partners and people livingwith a dementia-related condition on this easy-going tour of Wildflower Farms. Participants can feed baby goats, tour the farm, and enjoy lunch.
