As we transition into the darker, quieter months, this series will guide you through embracing the natural rhythm of winter. Embrace the Dark is designed to support your inner journey toward healing, reflection, and setting intentions for the months ahead. Each workshop will include an immersive experience to nourish your mind, body, and spirit, along with a craft project to help you connect with the season’s energy.
Workshop Details:
December 20: Winter Solstice Celebration & Ritual
Time: 6:00-8:00 PM
Celebrate the magic of the Winter Solstice with a special ritual to honor the longest night of the year. Together, we will welcome back the returning light and set intentions for renewal. Add on Option: Craft your own Yule log, infused with wishes and hopes for the coming months.
January 19: Embrace Winter & Intention Setting
Time: 4:00-6:00 PM
As winter deepens, it’s time to reflect, rest, and refocus on your wellness. We’ll guide you through intention-setting practices to support your mind, body, and spirit through winter. Create a custom intention candle and design a crystal grid to align with your goals for the new year.
Join us for one or both workshops! Each gathering will provide you with tools and practices to navigate winter with mindfulness and self-care.
