About this Event
Benelux Baltics in Business is delighted to invite you, for the third consecutive year, to come together and delve into a vital aspect of the business world – transformation.
We believe that business transformation is the new normal. For many this urge to transform comes from a fear of being disrupted by what Salim Ismail calls ‘exponential organizations’ such as Uber, Airbnb, Waze, Netflix, Tesla, Alibaba.
While some companies have successfully embraced continuous reinvention and integrated it into their core DNA, others have struggled to adapt and, as a consequence, faced challenges and setbacks.
Therefore, today the question is not whether to transform but rather how to. None of the transformation journeys are ever the same thus having a clear ‘playbook’ is challenging.
At the Benelux Baltics in Business we believe that business transformation is like a 30-step journey in a foggy forest, where you can only see the next 5 steps. But after you have finished your 5 steps, the next 5 become clear.
Whether you are a business professional, business owner, student or curious individual who is always eager to learn something new and meet other people, let’s meet at the annual conference “Embrace One Constant in Business: Transformation” on the 30th of September in MACA Amsterdam.
