About this Event

Join Gabi Bury, Yoga and Sound Bath Facilitator, and Tayla Irving, a PT specializing in perimenopause and menopause, for a beautiful, all-inclusive day of movement, rest, and vital connection.

This retreat is designed specifically to support women navigating the significant changes of perimenopause and menopause. This intimate day is your dedicated space to pause the demands of everyday life, gain clarity on your health, and nurture your body and mind. You will leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more empowered for the journey ahead.

What to Expect During the Day:

1. Grounding and Clarity Session

We start with a welcoming circle and an honest, engaging discussion, led by Tayla. We will demystify common concerns around mood, hormones, metabolism, and self-care for women over 40. This session is designed to help you understand exactly what is happening in your body and mind, giving you the knowledge to take control.

2. Empowering Movement

Energize, strengthen, and uplift your mood! Tayla will lead accessible sessions of Circuit Training and Boxercise. This is movement for confidence and strength—no previous experience with fitness or yoga is needed.

3. Deep Rest & Relaxation

Your body and mind deserve restoration. Gabi will guide you through a deeply calming Yin Yoga session followed by a healing Sound Bath to fully restore your nervous system and melt away stress.

4. Community and Support

Feel the relief of knowing you are not alone. We will hold a heartfelt women’s sharing circle where you can connect with others, share experiences, and receive genuine support in a safe, confidential space.

5. Nourishing Food & Refreshments

Your ticket includes a delicious, wholesome lunch, along with plenty of refreshing herbal teas and healthy snacks available throughout the day.

6. Closing Circle

We conclude with a final integration and reflection circle, ensuring you leave feeling centered, renewed, and ready to confidently embrace your next chapter.
