Embodying Transformation: A Journey with Cacao, Sound, and Fire

1. Welcome & Introduction from 11am
2. • Kate and Matt open the space, inviting participants to settle into the energy of the day.
   • Brief introductions to cacao, crystal singing bowls, explaining their significance and how they complement each other.
   • Setting intentions for the day: What do participants want to heal, release, or manifest?
3. Cacao Ceremony
4. • Cacao Blessing & Sharing: Kate and Matt will guide a sacred cacao ceremony, where participants drink ceremonial cacao in a circle.
   • Guided Meditation: With the heart-opening effects of cacao, Kate and Matt will lead a meditation to connect deeply with the self and others, setting the foundation for the day's work.
   • Light Language and Intuitive Sound: Accompanying the cacao ceremony, Kate might offer light language, and Matt will offer intuitive divine sound healing to expand the heart's resonance.
5. Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath
6. • Participants lie down, allowing the vibrational healing of crystal singing bowls to bring balance to the chakras and energy body.
   • The bowls can be tuned to resonate with specific chakras, helping to integrate the cacao experience and prepare the participants for the upcoming fire walk.
7. Lunch & Nature Time
8. • Participants are asked to bring their own lunch along as well as snacks throughout the day
   • Participants are encouraged to spend some quiet time in nature, journaling or reflecting.
9. Fire Walk Preparation and workshops
10. • Empowerment Circle: Kate and Matt will lead an empowerment circle, preparing participants emotionally, mentally, and physically for the fire walk.
    • Visualization: A guided session to help participants move beyond fear and visualize themselves walking confidently across the fire.
    • Group Intention Setting: Participants come together to create a shared intention for the fire walk, focusing on transformation, strength, and courage.
11. Fire Walking Ceremony
12. • The fire walk begins, led by Kate. Participants are invited to approach the fire with reverence and trust, walking across the coals with their intention in mind.
    • The fire walk serves as a physical embodiment of overcoming personal challenges and stepping into one’s power. As each person walks across the fire, the group supports and witnesses their transformation.
13. Integration & Closing Circle
14. • Sharing Circle: After the fire walk, participants are invited to share their experiences and reflections in a safe and supportive circle.
    • Closing Ritual: Kate and Matt close the retreat by sealing the day’s energies with a final prayer, offering gratitude to the elements and all participants.
