Join Emily each month for a deep and practical dive into the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical foundations of yoga philosophy. Often referred to as the “inner limbs” of yoga, these ten principles offer timeless guidance on how to live with greater presence, integrity, compassion, and clarity—both on and off the mat.Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Yamas (restraints) and Niyamas (observances) are not rules to follow, but invitations to grow.
