Activating, exploring and anchoring your light body as pari of your process in your spiritual evolution, expanding your energy field encompassing and connecting the with energies of the universe that are already inside of you.
Allowing the light through the expressions and forms of art + light language to focus on bringing more light into one's consciousness, bringing a deeper sense of peace & well-being, increased intuitive awareness, hightened creativity, increased synchronicities, more vivid dreams and holding more light in your body.
Light body activations typically leave people feeling refreshed, clear-minded, ehergised and ready for anything.
The journey of light comprises of:
- Light language transmission,
- Learning art channelling,
- Sound healing to integrate, and
- Storytelling.
Followed by an online emdodiemnt session (Wednesday 30 April 2025, 700-930PM) sharing your own experience of integration & energy awareness in the body + diving deeper into the merger of the lightbody.
