We're excited to host ✨Embodying the Intangible: Creative Movement for Everyone✨ once per month, starting in November 2024 and ending in April 2025!With a goal to provide an expressive arts wellness practice to maximize creative expression, problem-solve, and teach people how to connect, I AM ART IN MOTION uses dance and therapeutic tools to advance social and emotional learning which ultimately improves well-being. 🙏 The same skillsets used to train dance artists, professionals, and educators is being modified and presented to the community. Through these interactive sessions facilitated by Amber M. Spivey, participants will be guided to explore movement, designed to develop life skills, increase self-awareness, foster connection with others and enhance non-verbal communication.
