In this improvisational workshop, we will explore the tarot as a living, breathing language of energy and archetypes. Through somatic practices, guided movement, and playful explorations,
we will:

· Draw Major Arcana cards and
dive into their symbolic essence

· Embody their energies
through improvised movement

· Discover how these archetypes live within our own bodies -
approaching the magic of the cards
as an entrance to embodied knowledge

· Engage with others through interactive
movement, improv exercises and
shared ritual

No prior knowledge of tarot or dance/movement experience necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to explore your embodied wisdom.
