Embodying Pleasure is a 8-month journey for all women and LGBTQIA+ humans in midlife who are ready to come home to their bodies, reclaim joy, and remember who they truly are.
In This Sacred Series, You’ll Be Guided To:
🌿 Reclaim pleasure in your everyday body
🔥 Strengthen your boundaries + deepen self-trust
🌹 Reconnect with your sensuality, voice, and intuition
💖 Be held in community where you are seen, safe(r), and celebrated
Through guided movement, somatic rituals, embodied shares, and creative expression, you’ll thaw the freeze of over-functioning and reawaken to your aliveness.
