The event will be hosted by Jenny Gilmore, a compassionate and skilled breathwork facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey of healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.

What you can expect:

1. Gather in a Sacred Space: The ceremony begins with creating a sacred and safe environment where participants feel supported.
2. Setting an Intention: Participants are encouraged to set an intention for the ceremony. This could be anything from seeking clarity/connection to emotional healing.
3. Mindful Consumption of Cacao: Ceremonial-grade cacao is consumed. Unlike regular chocolate, this type of cacao is minimally processed to retain its natural properties, such as high levels of theobromine and antioxidants.
4. Guided Practices: The facilitator leads participants through various heart-centered practices, like meditation, breathwork, or journaling.
