Through HypnoBreathwork®, sound healing, and self-inquiry, you’ll bypass your overthinking mind, access your subconscious clarity, and embody the energy of the year you want to create. This isn’t about cutting and pasting dreams onto paper; it’s about feeling your future come alive within you. You’ll clarify what you truly desire for the year ahead and begin anchoring the vision in your body, nervous system, and energy field.

What to expect:
-HypnoBreathwork®: a potent blend of breathwork, hypnosis, and visioning that accelerates manifestation and clears subconscious blocks.

-Sound Healing + Guided Reflection: to help you anchor your intentions so they live in your body, not just on a list.

-Vision Clarification: identifying your deepest desires for 2026 and feeling what it’s like to embody them now.

You’ll leave with a clear and embodied vision for the year ahead, aligned with your values, infused with joy, and supported by inspired actions to bring it to life. This year, don’t just set goals - embody your New Year’s vision.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat
Eye mask or something to cover your eyes
Journal for reflection and intention setting
