Join Alexandria of Lux Aura for Embody Your Light: A Self Love Series Reflections of Love Workshop. A heart-opening workshop designed to help you see yourself with compassion, acceptance, and truth.
Through guided mirror work, heart chakra Reiki healing, and self-love practices, we will gently transform the way you relate to your reflection shifting from self-judgment to self-recognition, from rejection to reverence.
This workshop centers on the healing truth that you are worthy of the same love you give so freely. Using the mirror as a powerful healing tool, we will explore self-forgiveness, grace, and the courage to fully receive love especially from ourselves.
Together, we’ll rebalance and expand the heart chakra to restore the natural flow of giving and receiving love. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of inner acceptance, and a deeper connection to the person looking back at you every day.
