Break: Midway for snacks, tea, coffe, and meeting others
Bring:
- A votive candle (red, orange, gold if you have one, white is perfect too)
- A Pillow, mat, & blanket for laying down or to be comfortable in chair
- A journal or notebook with pen
- A small item that represents freedom or movement (a feather, a horse figurine, a compass, etc.)
- Optional: a small bowl with water or crystals to represent balance with fire
