Give yourself this "daytreat" to love your body, love your life!
What are your top 50 (yes, 50!) fun things you want to experience to absolutely love your body and love your life?
This popular workshop includes the 50 Fun Things® Chart and invitation for ongoing motivation through the 50 Fun Things Alumni Group.
Are you ready to unlock the secrets to living a life filled with joy and vitality? Join us for "Embody Joy with 50 Fun Things — a unique playshop designed to ignite your passion for life and elevate your overall sense of wellbeing.
Led by 50 Fun Things creator/connector Teresa Thomas and joyful movement teacher/facilitator Beth Giles, this delightful interactive playshop will guide you through the process of identifying and embracing 50 experiences that bring joy and fulfillment to your body, mind, and soul.
During the playshop, you'll create your own personalized "50 Fun Things" chart, tailored to invigorate and renew your relationship with your body. Through reflection and guidance, you'll gain clarity on the experiences that truly resonate with you, setting the stage for more self-love, self-compassion and new ways to bring joy to everyday life.
But that's not all, "Embody Joy" goes beyond just creating a list. You'll also have the chance to share and experience your chart with others, fostering meaningful connections and building a supportive community of like-minded individuals committed to living their best lives.
For the second part of the day we’ll spend time moving together to soul stirring music. The movement fun will be inspired by a new card deck 50 Fun Things to Bring Your Body Joy, that Beth and Teresa are creating together. We’ll move together in simple and creative ways to feel good, cultivate energy and have fun.
Move your body and your spirit as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, body awareness, and joyful movement. Leave feeling inspired, motivated, and deeply connected to the joy that resides within you.
About the Facilitators:
Teresa Thomas and Beth Giles have been joyful movement buddies for over a decade and are excited to be offering a playshop together for the first time! They are collaborating to develop a new motivational tool, 50 Fun Things to Bring Your Body Joy . Participants in the playshop will be the very first to experience how the deck encourages playful movement, reflective awareness and embracing joy in our bodies.
